  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Nepal will be processed on the next working day.

Wateriia Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to delay processing in cases of high order volume, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver:

  • Within Kathmandu Valley

  • Across Nepal (where courier services are available)

International shipping (if applicable) may be offered based on availability and separate terms.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Kathmandu Valley (within Nepal): 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: Delivery times may vary depending on courier access

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable):

  • Will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Force majeure events

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Supporting evidence (photos or videos) may be required.

We reserve the right to investigate before issuing replacements or refunds.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
